Who we are
Founded in February 2020, Forever Distillery Pvt Ltd is a distillery headquartered in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh that specializes in the production of Ethanol, Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA), and its by-products as well as bottling and marketing of country liquor. The Distillery is owned by the MB Group which has a diversified portfolio of companies in the automobile and real estate leasing industries, in addition to the distillery.
What we do
Forever Distillery Pvt Ltd currently operates at a capacity of 100 KLPD with dual operations in ENA and ethanol production. Our ENA arm is dedicated towards the bottling of country liquor and Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) and our ethanol is supplied to India’s oil major companies for their ethanol blending program. In terms of country liquor, some of our most popular brands include “Billo Rani” and “Kajarari” in eastern Uttar Pradesh.

Our Management
Mr. Anish Modi (Chairman)
Mr. Anish Modi (Chairman) is an Engineering Graduate with over 30 years of experience in the field of business. His field of expertise includes IT, Computers and for the last 20 years in the field of automobiles.
Mr. Tanmay Modi (CEO & Managing Director)
Commerce Graduate with over 30 years of experience in the automobile sector and business. He is a leading name in the field of automobiles in Uttar Pradesh. He is leading the group by example with group turnover exceeding Rs. 1000 crores.
Mr. Manish Kedia (Director of Finance & Marketing)
Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has over 26 years of experience in the field of consultancy, taxation, audit, and investment advisory.
Mr. P.N Pandey (Head of Distillery Unit)
Holds an MSc. and P. G. Diploma Course in Industrial Fermentation and Alcohol Technology (DIFAT). He has over 40 years experience in the alcohol and distillery industry and has created the highest selling country liquor brands in the state of Uttar Pradesh in his career.
Mr. P.K Tripathi (Head of Engineering)
holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration and is a certified ISO auditor. He has more than 35 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing and engineering space.
